Who we are

ProShine Property Services LLC (“ProShine,” “we,” “us”) is a janitorial and property services company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Privacy Policy describes how the ProShine platform (the “Service”) handles information.

What ProShine is

The Service is a private, internal operations tool used by ProShine to run its own business — dispatching crews, tracking jobs, and preparing invoices. It is not a public or commercial product, it is not offered for sale, and it is not resold or licensed to third parties. Access is limited to authorized ProShine staff.

Information we handle

To operate the business, the Service stores records such as:

• Employee records — names, work contact details, roles, and permissions for staff who use the Service.
• Customer records — business and property contact information for the customers ProShine services.
• Job and dispatch records — scheduled visits, assignments, and service details.
• Invoice records — billing line items and amounts for work performed.

QuickBooks Online integration

ProShine connects the Service to its own QuickBooks Online (QBO) company using Intuit’s official OAuth authorization flow. The integration works as follows:

• ProShine is the source of truth. Invoice data is pushed one-directionally from the Service into QuickBooks Online; the Service does not pull accounting data back to overwrite its own records.
• The connection uses OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Intuit. These tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and are used only to authenticate ProShine’s own requests to its own QuickBooks company.
• You can disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time from the Service’s settings, which removes the stored tokens.

How we use information

Information in the Service is used solely to operate ProShine’s business — scheduling and dispatching work, managing customers and staff, and preparing and syncing invoices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Data security

Access to the Service requires authentication and is restricted to authorized ProShine staff by role. Sensitive integration credentials, including QuickBooks Online tokens, are encrypted at rest. Access can be revoked at any time.
