Terms of Use & End User License Agreement
Effective date: June 16, 2026 · Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern use of the ProShine platform (the “Service”), provided by ProShine Property Services LLC (“ProShine”), a company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
2. Internal, private use only
The Service is a private, internal business tool built for ProShine to run its own operations — dispatch, jobs, and invoicing. It is not a public or commercial product and is not offered, sold, or licensed to the general public.
3. License & authorized users
ProShine grants authorized members of its staff a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service solely for ProShine’s legitimate business purposes. You may not use the Service for any other purpose, and you may not share, copy, resell, or sublicense access to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only as authorized, to keep your account credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data or functions beyond your assigned permissions or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
5. Revocation of access
Access to the Service is granted at ProShine’s discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, including when a person is no longer an authorized user.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorization flow. Use of that integration is also subject to Intuit’s own terms. ProShine is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ProShine does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProShine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to use of the Service.
9. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
